ACA GPS takes various security measures to protect information received online. Information stored on our servers is encrypted and access is restricted to ACA GPS employees or agents who need to know such information to perform a specific job on ACA GPS’s behalf.  ACA GPS has implemented Information Security and Privacy Policies and maintains measures to protect our information systems from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and loss. All our employees receive security and privacy training and are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding the use of information and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, for failure to comply with these obligations.

ACA GPS was given a SOC2 Certification by an Independent Auditor in May of 2016.  ACA GPS controls over the ACA Management Tool® were suitably designed to provide reasonable assurance that as of May 16, 2016:

  • The system is protected against unauthorized access, use, or modification
  • The system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed
  • System processing is complete, valid, accurate, timely and authorized
  • Information designated as confidential is protected as committed or agreed
  • Personal information is collected, used, retained, disclosed, and destroyed in conformity with ACA GPS’s commitments and system requirements

Notwithstanding the foregoing, although ACA GPS makes a genuine effort to ensure the security of activities conducted on this Website, the confidentiality of transactions transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed. Accordingly, ACA GPS cannot and does not guarantee that any activities conducted on this Website will be absolutely secure.  You must decide if you want to assume the risk that an unauthorized person may learn your e-mail address or other information you may provide as it is transmitted. Once received by ACA GPS your information is secured and we will not e-mail personal information as part of our response to you.  ACA GPS maintains an Incident Management and Response Plan to address potential information security and privacy breaches and mitigate the harm from potential loss of information.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information and/or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and are subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.
