Now that I have 2018’s filing completed I wanted to let you know that Laurie Henger was fantastic. This is all new to me and she walked me through the whole process and made it extremely easy.

The beginning of the year is always packed with extra tasks. This is going to sound like a commercial but, the ACA Management Tool made my life significantly easier. Very straight forward and more user friendly than most, however, that wasn’t really an issue as their staff is extremely accommodating and assisted at every step. The cost was very affordable. There is no way we could have processed, mailed and filed for the amount we were charged. This is the second year we have used their services, and there will be a third.

ACA-GPS provides a very simple program to use with plenty of support to get through the mandatory reporting processes. I have used them for 2 years now and Laurie has been EXTREMELY helpful in keeping me on task, walking me through each and every step, assisting with corrections, and simplifying the process. Laurie at ACA GPS did an excellent job with walking me through the process and assisting with any questions I had during the process. I have used ACA GPS for three years and would recommend this company to anyone. Everyone is very helpful and always cheerful (even when I ask the same question three times in a row). While the 1094/1095 Reporting season isn’t my favorite, ACA GPS makes it easier and a better experience because of the friendly voices on the other end of the line assisting me.

Laurie and ACA GPS were a huge help to me in getting our employee’s 1095-C forms out in a timely and accurate manner. They provided all the tools I needed (Excel templates) for compiling the information necessary to issue the forms, and then a quick and easy tool (ACA Management tool) for checking all the entries for accuracy. The “tool” found several inaccuracies and indicated where they were located on the Excel spreadsheets. I could easily make the corrections and move forward with finalizing the information for printing. Laurie was available every step of the way and was a great “guide” during the whole process. I would definitely recommend ACA GPS .

I’ve worked with ACA-GPS for two years now. Our company has the reporting only subscription. One might think that the level of customer service is less since we do not have the full subscription. Product Review: Great product. Makes uploading the information for the 1095s very easy. Also very convenient that it mails them for you. I like that if there are mistakes, it will detect them. I’m not sure how I would find them if I had to e-file them some other way.

I found the ACA Management Tool® very easy to use.  The instruction and assistance I was given were great.  The hardest part was coding each employee on the employee template; Laurie helped me with this also.  Once the templates were completed, the system uploaded and populated the forms quickly.
